A friend of mine has a food blog and posted a fantastic brussel sprouts recipe. I make these all the time and am hooked! Super easy and quick, too: http://www.macheesmo.com/2009/06/brussel-sprouts-with-red-wine-reduction/

Ohh, I can't wait for the package ;) and I'm an odd one when it comes to brussel sprouts, I just eat them plain [maybe with some salt & pepper]!! I've also tried putting a bit of greek salad dressing on them and that tasted good, too. But like I said, I'm a "plain jane"!
