Actually, one of my favorite fall/winter rituals is making soup. I have all the ingredients to make up a batch of tomatillo soup tomorrow. Farewell summer, hello fall--a perfect transitional soup. I am all about fresh starts and transitioning with the seasons--however, I've never taken that approach with my music. Something to consider! That minestrone looks outstanding!
